Shipping policy
Dear customers,
After ordering, your order will be processed as quickly as possible. Normally, processing takes 1-4 working days when ordering tools and materials. The production of shoe lasts takes 2-3 weeks, as these are made individually for you. After shipping your items, you get an E-Mail with all needed tracking information. All orders are send with tracking and insurance. If you have any questions please write me on Instagram or an E-Mail info@shoemakercraft.com
Important: After shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number. As the recipient, you are responsible for tracking the package. If packages are returned because you didn't pick them up, you will have to pay shipping again. Thank you for your understanding.
Possibly accruing import duties are to be paid by the recipient.
Shipping to Africa countries only with DHL Express. Please contact me before ordering.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs depends on the destination country and the weight of the ordered items. In the following table I will give you an overview of the costs. All parcels go out with Deutsche Post or DHL. Tracking is included.

The shipping times given on the website are information from the shipping service provider Deutsche Post or DHL. No liability is assumed for the information being up-to-date. The information on the website of the shipping service provider is final.
All packages are sent with a tracking number. The customer receives this by e-mail. In rare cases, shipment tracking only works to a limited extent or not at all. The executing shipping service provider is liable. A non-functioning shipment tracking does not affect the shipment to the destination.
In some cases, packages may not be delivered within the delivery time specified by the shipping service provider. In this case, Shoemakercraft will send a request to the shipping service provider 19 business days after the delivery time has been exceeded. The 19 business days are a given deadline from Deutsche Post and DHL. Processing by Deutsche Post and DHL can take up to 4 weeks.
