Johannes Lupp & Söhne bulldog lasting pliers made in Tuttlingen, Germany. They are for lasting along the shank, especially on boots. The shape is super convenient because if you're lasting while sitting down, you can throw a leg over the handle and use both hands to tack the upper down while still pulling. This tool makes the lasting process of boots more comfortable and easier.
The pliers are with 310 mm very long in comparison with the George Barnsley pliers, to have a very long lever.
