Shoe bottom detailing iron by Siebenborn & Co - it is used to decorate and straighten the edges of shoe sole and heel. The lips have a wide of about 1,5 mm.
The tool is made in Cöln, Germany before 1919. The historical background is, that the City Köln was written between 1857 and 1919 with "C" and not "K" as it was earlier and is nowadays.
