
This is a replica of the Junker & Ruh SD28 parallel stop made in my workshop. It guides your shoe or piece of leather to be sewn parallel to the needle. As the base plates of the Junker & Ruh SD28 machines are differing all a little bit, you have to adjust the parallel stop by your own to your base plate.
What is to do:
1. Measure the distance from the thread hole in your base plate to the stop of the base plate (see last picture).
2. Cut that distance off from the Junker & Ruh SD28 parallel stop. I recommend to cut less and make the fine adjustment with a file.
