The seat wheel is used for the decoration of the upper heel edge. In the picture you can see the marks. For refined shoemaking it is a very nice way to give the shoe a perfect finish. The wheel is made by R.Hess, Magstadt and comes with a wide and a narrow wheel which are stored in the handle.
The wide wheel has a width of 2,5 mm and the narrow wheel has a width of 1,0 mm.
