Narrow lasting pliers made in Schmalkaden, Thüringen, Germany by Gebrüder Heller. They had one of the largest drill and pliers factories in Germany before the war. The pliers were sold under the brand name "Glocke" (bell).
These pliers are marked with "8" and the "bell". In the catalog (see pictures) you can find them under article number 557 K. The "8" stands for the length of 8 inch. The price for 100 piece was 280 RM (Reichsmark).
