2 x welting awls with hook by Rasche. The awls are new old stock.

Width 5 mm after the awl tip: about 2,3 mm

IMPORTANT: As a rule, awls need to be sharpened before they are used for the first time. Triangular files are used for this. After, the awl tip should be polished with a leather strop and polishing compound. Welting awls are sharpened from the top and stitching awls from both sides. When working with awls, always make sure that they are waxed before sewing.
