This sneaker component kit includes all materials for your first 2 pairs. It consists not only of the bottom making materials, but also of nails, shanks and seam reinforcement tape for the upper making. All materials fits for shoes until EU size 48. If you need large amount of material, please contact me.
In detail the set includes:
Option 1:
2 x Texon 437 - 1,7 mm insole material (33 cm x 22 cm)
3 x Agoflex IK 93 B - 0,95 mm toe puff and heel counter material (33 cm x 22 cm)
2 x cork filler 2,0 mm (33 cm x 22 cm)
2 x pair shoe shanks 120 mm (write a comment to get 130 mm shanks)
1 x 200 g lasting nails (about 750 nails)
1 x 6,0 mm seam reinforcement tape by Jaeger
The heel counter is one of the most stressed part of the shoe. I recommend to use leather for the heel counter. It is more durable and the preferred way for a professional shoemaker. If you are planing to build sneakers that last long time, use leather where ever you can!
Option 2:
1 x Option 1
2 x oak-bark ground tanned leather 2,0 - 2,5 mm thickness (30 cm x 21 cm)
All products are made in Germany, Italy or the European Union.
Processing instruction:
The Agoflex IK 93 B has a glue coat on one site. The material gets flexible at 150°C - 160°C. For heat up to processing temperature use a hot air gun.
