I have composed this tool kit specially for the needs of a beginner in sneaker making. As I started to make traditional hand sewn shoes, I bought all tools separately and spend a lot of time and to much money. Included are all tools you need for the upper making, lasting, up to bottom making and fixing of the sole.
It is a full set of new tools.
Shoemaker knife by F.Dick: cutting and adjust insole to the last, cutting toe puff and heel counter
Leather strop with polishing compound: polishing knife before work
Shoemaker rasp by F.Dick: sanding down cork filler, adjusting last if needed
Lasting pliers: lasting upper
Genuine bone folder: folding leather edges in upper making, compressing glued leather, compressing outsole
Shoemaker hammer: fixing insole to the last, hammering upper leather, toe puff and heel counter, compressing glued leather and outsole, adjust shoe shanks
Nail lifter: removing nails after lasting
Clicker knife with 5 blades: cutting paper patterns and the upper leather
Punch pliers: punching holes for laces
Silver pen: marking leather
Tape measure: measuring feet
Jerk needle holder with 2 needles: stitching down cup soles
All tools are quality shoemaker tools for professional use. Most of them are Made in Germany.
The set also includes access to my Dropbox with about 50 shoemaker books about shoe and pattern making. That will helps you to get into shoemaking. My book collection includes no books with focus on sneaker. Nevertheless, it will be very helpful for upper making and all other steps in shoemaking.
